"Hand-Crafted Original Masterpiece!"

We all come from different backgrounds, with different families, different lifestyles. No matter what the circumstances are surrounding your birth, each and every one of us is created as a one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted original masterpiece by our Heavenly Father. It does not matter if your birth was planned or you came as a surprise, you were not a surprise to God and were created in His image with a purpose.
As Psalm 139:16-18 says, “Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them. How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand.” God had us in His thoughts before we were even formed. He saw us before we ever existed, and He saw our worth even before we were born. God has already crafted us in His image, and His plans for us are greater than we could ever imagine. We all have a unique worth and value that is incomparable, and it can only be found through Him.
Romans 8:28 reminds us that “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” When we love God and accept His purpose for our lives, then we can see the full value of our worth as an original masterpiece.
Ephesians 2:10 further adds, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” We are God’s workmanship, crafted and designed for good works. The good works we were created to carry out were already laid out for us before we ever took a single step! Let that sink in! It is worth repeating! "The good works we were created to carry out were already laid out for us by our Heavenly Father before we ever took a single step!" God has a plan and purpose for your life!
Matthew 10:30-31 reveals, “But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.” With God, we are of immense value and worth. He knows every single detail about us, right down to the number of hairs on our heads.
In 1 Peter 2:9, we read, “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” We are chosen, special, and called out of darkness into His marvelous light. This is our true worth and value - no matter the circumstances of our birth. We have been called to a higher purpose and given unique gifts and abilities to carry out God’s plan.
Understanding our true worth and value as an original masterpiece handcrafted and created by God takes submitting our lives to Him. When we open our hearts and listen to His voice, we can begin to see our worth and recognize that it is greater than anything the human mind can comprehend. With this understanding, we can walk confidently in the knowledge that God has given us a purpose and that we are of immense value and worth to Him. We have been called to a higher purpose and given the power of the Holy Spirit to fulfill it.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, give us the wisdom and the vision to see our true value and worth as you see us. Lord, we thank you for making us unique and special, and for having a plan for us that is greater than we can imagine. Help us to recognize our worth and to be confident in the knowledge that you have created us to be extraordinary. Thank you, Lord, for making us each a hand-crafted, original masterpiece!
