"Stay Curious"

No matter where you are in life, it’s never too late to get to know God. Maybe your in a place like I have been in the past, feeling alone and like you really don't matter to anybody. That is a complete lie, straight from the pits of hell, from the devil himself! God does not make mistakes. You were uniquely designed and created for a purpose by God Himself! He wants nothing more than to have a deep and meaningful relationship with you, His precious child!
We all have a longing to be known and loved. We have been designed for relationship with God, and He loves us completely and unconditionally. As 1 John 3:1 says, “Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God.” God has known us since before we were born, as Psalm 139:16 tells us, “Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them”. He created us with purpose, as Ephesians 2:10 says, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”
As we stay curious about God, we discover more and more about His love and character. We can find peace and joy in our relationship with Him, as Deuteronomy 4:29 says, “But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.” We don’t need to compare our relationship with God to anyone else’s, as each of us has a unique relationship with Him.
We should never become complacent in our walk with God, but hunger and seek for righteousness, desiring more of Hiim and less of us. As Matthew 5:6 says, “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” Find yourself in awe of Jesus and be filled with passion and exuberance. Let Him show you the beauty of a deeply personal friendship with Him. Get to know God and discover His love and purpose for your life.
No matter where you are in life, it’s never too late to get to know Him. All you need is a willing heart and a desire to seek Him. Spend time praying, reading His Word, and listening for His voice. As you continue to draw near to Him, your relationship with Him will deepen and your life will be transformed.
Stay curious about God, and find yourself in awe of Him. Let Him show you the beauty of a deeply personal friendship with Him. Your relationship with Him is unique to you and will fill your life with passion and exuberance. There is no love like the love of our Heavenly Father! ©Rita Larson 6/24/2023
